Returns

  • All U.S. customers will receive a pre-paid return label in their package.

     

    To make a return:

    1. Please fill out the return reason section on the return form to include with your return.

    2. Place the item(s) in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please place items in a secure box or envelope mailer.

    3. Affix the pre-paid return label on the outside of the box or envelope mailer.

    4. Drop the package off at your nearest FedEx location.

     

    *All International orders are final sale & may not be returned.

  • Please return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the item you widh to receive

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the item to be delivered to our warehouse.Once the return inspected and accepted, we will issue a refund back to the same credit card you used for making the purchase.

     

    Please note that refund can take 3-5 days to appear in your credit card statement
